The museum occupies the former United States Information Agency building, and it tells the war from the Vietnamese side without hiding the fact. The room on the consequences of Agent Orange and the one on war photographers are the two hardest, and the two best documented.
In the courtyard: American aircraft, a tank and a bulldozer; at the back, a reconstruction of the Con Dao tiger cages. Plan time afterwards, rather than another museum straight on.
