To confirm
Mount Luho tops out around a hundred metres, which is enough on Boracay: the island is seven kilometres long and two wide, and from the summit you see both coasts at once — White Beach to the west, Bulabog and its kitesurfers to the east.
The viewpoint is private and charges. A cantilevered metal platform extends the terrace, and in clear weather you pick out Panay to the south and the northern islets. It is the only overall view of an island you cannot read from the beach.
Getting there
Centre-east of the island, above Bulabog. Ten minutes by tricycle from station 1, with a very steep final ramp.
What the price covers
access fee for the private viewpoint, rate to be checked on site
Rules on site
Tricycles sometimes refuse the last climb in the rain and drop you at the bottom: allow ten minutes uphill on foot. The viewpoint closes at nightfall.
