Travel Planner terms of use

The Travel Planner helps you explore destinations, organise an itinerary, plan activities, track budgets and shared expenses, prepare for departure and consult a road sheet. The planning tools are currently free. Any future paid option would be presented with its price and applicable terms before purchase.

Provide accurate information, use an email address you control, and protect your access links, codes and credentials. Do not use another person’s account or attempt to access trips or orders without authorisation. Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

You retain your rights in the content you add. You give REVENTURY the permission needed to store, display and process it to provide the features you use, including sharing with the participants you invite. You must have the right to upload or share that content.

Do not submit unlawful, fraudulent or abusive content, or interfere with the service. Keep a separate copy of important travel documents and booking confirmations. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address misuse or a security incident, with notice where appropriate.

Destination guides, route proposals, prices, availability, weather and estimates can change and may be incomplete. Check current entry requirements, transport details, safety advice and booking conditions with the relevant authorities and providers before travelling or paying.

A proposed route or recorded booking is not a confirmed reservation. Unless an interface expressly states otherwise, you book with the external provider under its own terms. Affiliate links may generate a commission for REVENTURY; the provider remains responsible for its offer.

Budgets and balances are planning aids. The split feature records and calculates expenses; it does not hold funds or transfer money between participants. Check entries and settle payments through a method agreed with your group.

Buying a physical product is separate from using the free Planner. The store’s checkout, terms of sale, shipping and refund policies govern those purchases. Order information displayed in your account is for tracking and support. A request in the Planner does not by itself approve a return, cancel an order or issue a refund.

For order help, contact hello@reventurytravel.com with your order number. Follow the store’s return instructions before sending a parcel. Store shipping fees, return windows and product guarantees are not conditions of the digital planning service.

We may maintain, update or temporarily interrupt the service. You can request account closure through your account or support; closing the Planner does not cancel store orders or third-party reservations.

Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Responsibility is assessed under applicable law, taking account of the cause of the loss and the service provided.

We may update these terms to reflect service changes or legal requirements and will provide appropriate notice of material changes. French law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protections or competent courts available under the law of their habitual residence.
